Role overview
F&B Captain position supporting the Choix outlet by Pierre Gagnaire at InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City.
The role represents InterContinental service standards and focuses on warm, sophisticated guest experiences.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Deliver service according to InterContinental and Pierre Gagnaire standards.
- Resolve guest complaints during shifts by alerting the Manager on Duty and assisting with resolution.
- Supervise cash handling, banking procedures, and daily cash flow reporting.
- Supervise service equipment maintenance and monitor guest facility and service standards.
- Control stock and monitor security procedures.
- Prepare mocktails, hot beverages, and other quality beverages.
- Use food knowledge to assist guests with orders and fulfill their requirements.
- Provide care and assistance to guests as required.

- Basic organization skills in restaurant operations.
