Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers politely while delivering excellent customer service.
- Take accurate customer orders and confirm details before finalizing them.
- Promote menu items, upsells, and current offers.
- Maintain product knowledge to guide customers, including on dietary needs.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Clean, maintain, and store equipment properly.
- Follow standard recipes and preparation procedures.
- Apply FIFO guidelines for stock rotation.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
- Report issues and concerns promptly to the appropriate person.
- Complete shift handover checklists accurately at the end of each shift.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Experience
- At least one year of experience in the UAE is required.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
