- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up
- Process bills and payments accurately using the POS system
- Assist with opening and closing duties including stock replenishment and cleaning
Requirements
- 1 2 years of F&B experience in the UAE
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations to guests.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
- Process bills and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment and cleaning.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Comply with all company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of F&B experience in the UAE.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
