About the Role
Missan Group is hiring an F&B Accountant for its ROAST and Cha Cha Chai division.
The role covers six F&B outlets in Dubai and supports accounting and financial operations.
The position is primarily based in Dubai, with regular visits to the Sharjah head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting for all six F&B outlets.
- Reconcile daily POS sales with cash, card, and delivery-platform settlements.
- Manage supplier invoices, purchase entries, supplier statements, and payments.
- Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, stock movements, and variances.
- Perform bank, cash, and petty cash reconciliations.
- Prepare outlet-wise sales, expense, and monthly P&L reports.
- Track and reconcile delivery-platform settlements.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
- Handle VAT-related accounting and documentation.
- Resolve financial discrepancies with outlet teams.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and the Sharjah head office finance team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification.
