EYP-IDD-CDD-Manager

7 - 9 years of experience in Commercial Due Diligence, Strategy Consulting, or Transaction Strategy.

Strong understanding of Industrials markets and business models.

Experience working on multiple buy-side / Sell side Commercial Due Diligence engagements.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced private equity timelines.

Able to independently structure problems, manage stakeholders, and translate analyses into actionable investment insights.

Demonstrated ability to coach junior team members while remaining heavily involved in analysis and storyline development.

As part of our EY-Parthenon team, you will help clients develop their investment strategies and evaluate potential transactions. Working with EY-Parthenon’s proprietary frameworks, you will help clients to take steps the best way to raise, invest, optimize, and preserve their capital. This includes conducting commercial due diligence, developing growth and market entry strategies, and conducting strategic portfolio reviews. The client base spans across industries and includes Private Equity firms, Blue chip corporates and multinational investors
