Job Summary
- The Arbor School is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised EYFS and Primary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our school.
- The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, providing a friendly, efficient, and professional reception service that reflects the values of the school.
- They will play a key role in supporting the day to day running of the EYFS and Primary School front office.
- Key responsibilities include managing reception operations, handling enquiries in a courteous and timely manner, supporting attendance and student records, coordinating communications, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school day.
- This role requires someone who is calm, approachable, and proactive, with excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment while maintaining a high standard of service at all times.
Required Candidate Profile
- Fluent or native level English language skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in school administration or a similar setting
- Strong office and administrative experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience using school systems such as SIMS and Zenda, and the ability to quickly learn new platforms
