Pay
- Pay range is $22.50 to $23.50 per hour.
Schedule
- Day shift follows a 12-hour rotating schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Role Overview
The Tool and Die Technician cleans, prepares, and stages extrusion tooling.
The role assists with line setups and tooling changeovers and supports production and packing operations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble dies, calibrators, and tank plates.
- Stage tooling and assist with extrusion line setups and tooling changeovers.
- Use and maintain the ultrasonic tooling machine.
- Maintain housekeeping, required paperwork, PPE use, and safety compliance.
- Perform online quality inspections and packing duties, including counts, labels, patterns, and packaging equipment.
Qualifications
- Related machine operation experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes.
