Safely operate and monitor blown-film extrusion equipment to meet production, quality, and efficiency requirements.
Follow work orders, production specifications, and established operating procedures, ensuring the correct materials and supplies are available for each job.
Perform equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and routine operator maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
Complete in-process quality checks and make adjustments as required to maintain product specifications.
Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and housekeeping standards , including hazard assessments, critical control points, and other required procedures.
Work closely with experienced operators, maintenance, quality, and other team members to resolve issues and keep production moving.
Build your knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, materials, and troubleshooting through hands-on training and coaching.
