Lead, coach, and develop extrusion supervisors, leads, and operators.
Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development plans.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, training, and cross-training initiatives.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Direct daily extrusion operations to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
Monitor production performance, equipment utilization, scrap rates, and labor efficiency.
Coordinate resources to maximize throughput while maintaining product quality.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
