Overview
- Operate and monitor HDPE /PVC pipe extrusion machines (single/dual screw extruders).
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and die settings based on product specifications.
- Supervise the production team and ensure smooth workflow across shifts.
- Conduct start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures efficiently.
- Monitor raw material feeding, mixing ratios, and ensure correct use of additives.
- Inspect pipes for dimensions, surface finish, wall thickness, and quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance when required.
- Maintain production logs, shift reports, and quality records.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Optimize production output while minimizing wastage and downtime.
