Position Summary
Administer the day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce programme.
Support onboarding, offboarding, assignment changes, compliance, supplier coordination, reporting, and process improvement.
Programme Administration
- Manage contingent workforce onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes.
- Maintain accurate data in VNDLY or a similar Vendor Management System.
Compliance and Governance
- Monitor adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and contractual agreements.
- Support audits and reporting to ensure programme compliance.
Supplier and Stakeholder Support
- Act as the primary contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
- Assist with issue resolution and escalate concerns when needed.
