Position summary
The External Workforce Program Coordinator supports the administration, compliance, supplier relationships, reporting, and improvement of the contingent workforce program.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contingent workforce onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes.
- Maintain accurate worker and assignment data in VNDLY or a similar Vendor Management System.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and contracts.
- Support audits and compliance reporting.
- Act as the primary contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
- Assist with issue resolution and escalate concerns as needed.
- Generate and analyse headcount, spend, cycle-time, and other workforce reports.
- Provide insights to improve performance and cost efficiency.
- Streamline workflows and improve user experience.
- Support new tools, processes, and best-practice implementation.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
