Responsibilities
- Develop and execute external communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives and brand goals
- Manage corporate messaging and ensure consistency across all external communication channels

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, industry associations, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate media engagement activities, interviews, and public relations initiatives
- Support corporate reputation management and crisis communication planning when required
- Collaborate with marketing, public relations, leadership, and business teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, stakeholder sentiment, and public perception
- Develop communication plans for product launches, business announcements, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare communication performance reports, media analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in external communications, public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing external communication strategies or public facing communication programs preferred
- Strong understanding of media relations, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience developing communication plans, media materials, and executive messaging
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience with media monitoring tools, communication platforms, and analytics systems is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
