Extended Learning Program Associates - Morning and Afternoon

Minimum Qualifications & Abilities

• High school or GED degree, Associates Degree/CDA early childhood education/school age preferred
• Proven ability to interact collaboratively with children ages 5-13, staff and parents
• Proven ability to develop and maintain activities for children ages 5-13
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Ability to take direction, work with a diverse population and be a problem-solver.
• Participate in Program Professional Development
• Working Conditions: 7-8:30am and/or 2:30pm-6 pm; 3-5 days per week depending on site requirements; Hourly Rate: $18.00 Hours not to exceed 23 hours per week Application Procedure: Please go on-line at www.danbury.k12.ct.us job listings
