About the Opportunities
Looking for a new casual or temp role in Administration at the University of Queensland? UQ Temps offers a variety of diverse temp roles across the University, including:
General Administration
Executive Assistant
Student and Academic Administration
Research Administration
Junior Web Developer
Some of your duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
- Managing electronic diaries and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Coordinating committee/meeting activities, including scheduling and taking minutes.
- Maintaining administration systems and prioritising daily tasks.
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements as required.
- Conducting background research and data analysis.
- Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures for documentation, correspondence and matters processed through the office.
- Assist with the design, development, implementation and evaluation of Website using Drupa l.
- Other duties as reasonably directed.
About You
Relevant experience or extensive experience in administration, business or executive support.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Sensitivity in handling confidential matters.
Effective stakeholder management.
Strong problem solving skills and judgment.
Flexibility and adaptability to hit the ground running in a range of roles and teams
Broad understanding of UQ’s administration procedures and structures.
Web applications development experience using Drupal.
In addition, the following mandatory requirements apply
