Customer Interaction: Welcome customers to the service lane, quickly assess their vehicle needs, and assist them with express service options.

Service Communication : Clearly explain express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and multi-point inspections.

Process Management : Oversee the express service workflow from start to finish—ensuring timely updates, accurate documentation, and fast turnaround.

Customer Experience : Provide a positive, no-pressure experience that builds trust and encourages repeat business.

Efficiency Focus : Keep the express lane running smoothly by staying organized, managing time effectively, and keeping customers informed.
