Nimnicht Buick GMC is currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Express Service Advisor to join our growing dealership team.

The Express Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with express maintenance services, recommending needed maintenance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient service lane operations while delivering professional and friendly customer service.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Write repair orders accurately for express maintenance services
• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle mileage and condition
• Communicate service timelines and expectations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process
• Review completed work and invoices with customers
• Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times
• Follow dealership processes, policies, and CSI standards
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service drive

• Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred

• Computer and phone proficiency
