Job Summary
The Export Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all export warehouse operations, including packing, documentation, container loading, inventory control, and coordination with logistics, production, and sales teams.
The role ensures that all export shipments are prepared accurately, safely, and in compliance with international shipping regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise export warehouse daily operations
- Plan and organize export shipments based on priority
- Ensure on-time shipment preparation
- Supervise packing and container loading
- Verify packing list and export documentation accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales teams
- Ensure DG / Non-DG compliance (if applicable)
- Monitor export stock availability and pending items
- Supervise warehouse team and ensure safety compliance
Requirements
- 3–5 years warehouse experience
- Minimum 2 years in export operations preferred
- Experience in container loading and export packing
- ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
