Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate international shipments and ensure timely delivery worldwide
- Create shipping, customs, and export documents such as delivery notes, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other transport relevant documents
- Handle transport scheduling and act as contact person for shipment inquiries
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, accounting, warehouse, and logistics
- Maintain contact with customers, freight forwarders, transport partners, and authorities domestically and abroad
- Check transport, packaging, and freight invoices and support administrative tasks in the export area
- Participate in processing letters of credit and other export related processes
Requirements
- Commercial training, ideally in freight forwarding or industrial environment
- Several years of professional experience in export processing
- Experience with shipping, customs, and export documents
- Knowledge of letter of credit processing is a strong advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP
- Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style
