- Manage and develop existing distributor partnerships across Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain
- Drive distributor performance through effective sales planning, forecasting, and target management
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to evaluate performance against agreed KPIs
- Ensure distributors maintain adequate inventory levels and product availability
- Monitor distributor investments, market coverage, and sales force effectiveness
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for the region
- Develop annual business plans and growth strategies for each market
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, new channels, and customer acquisition
- Appoint and onboard new distributors where required
- Support distributors in securing key retail, wholesale, modern trade, and traditional trade accounts
- Ensure effective execution of brand building and trade marketing initiatives across all assigned markets
- Monitor product visibility, merchandising standards, pricing, and promotional activities

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to manage and grow our distribution business across Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in GCC distribution management, distributor development, channel sales, and business expansion within the perfumes, FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or related consumer goods sectors.
