About the Role
Luxeo Fragrance Oils seeks an Export Sales Manager to manage and grow B2B sales of fragrance oils across GCC, MENA, and Africa. You will build a client portfolio, drive new business, and work with perfumers to match client needs.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a client portfolio of perfume manufacturers, personal care producers, and home care manufacturers across the region
- Drive new business development and strengthen existing client relationships
- Work closely with perfumers and evaluation team to match client needs with winning fragrance solutions
- Develop territory plans and report directly to the General Manager
- Identify market opportunities, client requirements, and commercial growth areas across GCC, MENA, and Africa
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in fragrance oil, F&F, or related B2B export sales
- Strong existing network across GCC, MENA, and/or Africa markets
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets independently
- Based in UAE or willing to relocate
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the region
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
