Overview

  • Identify, develop, and execute export sales opportunities across GCC markets for pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and medical consumables.
  • Prospect and engage with distributors, importers, wholesalers, hospitals, clinics, and bulk buyers to expand the company’s international footprint.
  • Present and pitch the company’s product portfolio effectively to potential partners and buyers, highlighting commercial value and market suitability.
  • Onboard distributors and channel partners by evaluating market coverage, financial capability, regulatory readiness, and long-term growth potential.
  • Manage the complete export sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, negotiations, pricing discussions, order closure, and post-sale coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and actively track opportunities to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Develop new market-entry strategies for untapped GCC territories by assessing demand, competition, and distribution gaps.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across GCC healthcare markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (regulatory, sourcing, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of export orders and compliance with trade requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and negotiate terms to convert opportunities into profitable business.
  • Track sales performance, monthly targets, conversion ratios, and market activity using CRM systems and sales reports.
  • Share regular market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights with management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up for export transactions in line with international trade and regional compliance norms.
