Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site position for an Export Sales Executive based in Dubai.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing international sales opportunities, managing key customer relationships, identifying and securing new export markets, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • The role also involves coordinating with logistics and supply chain partners, ensuring export compliance, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in export sales, international sales, or business development is required.
  • Strong understanding of export operations and international business practices.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship building abilities.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience within the fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care industry is highly desirable.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
