About the Role
Floralmarket is seeking an Export Sales Executive to manage and grow international sales of flowers and related products. The role involves identifying new markets, developing relationships with overseas buyers, negotiating agreements, and coordinating order processing and shipments.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow international sales of flowers and related products
- Identify new markets and develop relationships with overseas buyers
- Negotiate sales agreements
- Handle export inquiries and prepare quotations
- Coordinate order processing and ensure timely shipment with logistics and operations teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support pricing and sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
- Represent Floralmarket in communications with international business partners
Requirements
- Strong Sales and International Sales skills
- Export and International Business skills, including familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and trade regulations
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Relevant experience in floral, agriculture, or FMCG sector beneficial
- Arabic speaking is an added advantage

Role Description
- Manage and grow international sales of flowers and related products.
- Identify new markets, develop relationships with overseas buyers, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Handle export inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate order processing, and ensure timely shipment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support pricing and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular performance reports, and represent Floralmarket in communications with international business partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and International Sales skills with proven ability to develop and close business in global markets.
- Export and International Business skills including familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and trade regulations.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with international clients and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in floral, agriculture, or FMCG sector beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and customer service skills preferred.
- Proficiency in English required; additional languages an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Arabic speaking is added advantage.
