Responsibilities
- Oversee and grow international markets, managing end to end export activities including order processing, documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance
- Develop and execute export sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts
- Monitor performance in existing and new markets
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with production, finance, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate pricing
Requirements
- Strong export operations skills including export documentation, shipment coordination, and customs compliance
- Proficiency in International Business and International Trade
- Experience in Sales and Business Planning for international markets
- Proven ability to develop and manage distributor networks and key accounts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
- Professional experience in FMCG, fragrance, cosmetics, or related consumer goods export
- Proficiency in English required; additional languages an asset
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel internationally

- The company operates over 115 showrooms across the GCC and exports to more than 50 countries.
Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Export Manager role based in Dubai.
- The Export Manager will oversee and grow international markets, managing end to end export activities including order processing, documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- The role will develop and execute export sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts, and monitor performance in existing and new markets.
- Daily collaboration with production, finance, logistics, and marketing teams is required.
Qualifications
- Strong export operations skills, including Export documentation, shipment coordination, and familiarity with customs and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in International Business and International Trade.
- Experience in Sales and Business Planning, including sales forecasting, target setting, and pipeline management in international markets.
- Proven ability to develop and manage distributor networks, key accounts, and channel partners in multiple countries.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills with cross cultural stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Professional experience in FMCG, fragrance, cosmetics, or related consumer goods export environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages relevant to target markets are an asset.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel internationally as needed.
