You are a highly organised logistics or export professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
You understand export documentation, customs and compliance requirements, and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts across suppliers, freight providers, brokers and customers.
You communicate clearly, build effective working relationships, and take pride in ensuring documentation, transport, inventory and delivery outcomes are managed to a high standard.
Experience working within export documentation, logistics or supply chain functions in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Experience within the red meat, food export, agribusiness or cold chain logistics sector will be highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of trade documentation and customs/export compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with accuracy in processing invoices across multiple currencies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brokers, freight providers and customers.
A highly organised, detail-focused approach and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
