Position Overview
EDC is seeking an Export Knowledge Base Manager & Advisor for its Export Help Hub and Knowledge Business team.
The role combines export advisory services, knowledge management, customer interaction, and digital innovation.
The position is market-facing and involves working with internal and external parties, including customers, independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
Compensation
- The salary typically ranges from $84,698 to $112,931 annually based on qualifications and experience, plus a performance-based incentive.
Work Arrangement
- EDC operates under a hybrid work model requiring employees to work from the office three days per week.
- The role can be performed from EDC headquarters in Ottawa or its Community Hub in Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Export Help Hub knowledge base by creating, updating, validating, and organizing content.
- Establish content standards, governance practices, and review processes to keep knowledge accurate and trustworthy.
