Export Executive & Civil Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Export Executive with an engineering background to manage and grow our international sales and export operations.

• Handle end-to-end export documentation, logistics, and compliance
• Coordinate with production/technical teams to ensure product specifications meet client and country-specific requirements
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs agents, and overseas clients
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and export contracts
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Stay updated on import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade policies

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred)
• Proven experience in export sales, documentation, and logistics
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Technical understanding of products to effectively liaise with overseas clients and internal engineering teams
• Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Nice to have:

• Experience in Contruction Industry
• Knowledge of sqft, sqm, running meter, area calculations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
