Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill daily Shopify orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate international shipments via FedEx including documentation, AWBs, and customs declarations
- Handle bulk B2B export orders including packing, labeling, and courier coordination
- Track all shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Maintain dispatch records and coordinate with warehouse and accounts team
Requirements
- 2 5 years experience in e commerce dispatch or export logistics
- Hands on experience with Shopify order management
- Working knowledge of FedEx shipping portal and international shipping documents
- Familiarity with basic export compliance for cosmetic/natural products

Overview
- We are a fast growing D2C brand in natural cosmetic ingredients looking for a sharp, detail oriented person to own our dispatch operations end to end.
What you'll do
- Process and fulfill daily Shopify orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate international shipments via FedEx (documentation, AWBs, customs declarations)
- Handle bulk B2B export orders — packing, labeling, and courier coordination
- Track all shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Maintain dispatch records and coordinate with the warehouse and accounts team
What we need
- 2 5 years experience in e commerce dispatch or export logistics
- Hands on experience with Shopify order management (preferred)
- Working knowledge of FedEx shipping portal and international shipping documents (invoice, packing list, COO)
- Familiarity with basic export compliance for cosmetic/natural products is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and good at follow ups
