Responsibilities
- Manage international customer orders, coordinate exports, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with trade and logistics requirements
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and email, provide status updates on shipments, and resolve issues related to delivery, billing, and product information
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and operations to secure on time delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records in internal systems, monitor service quality, and contribute to continuous improvement of export processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on handling export related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through proactive communication, follow up, and solution oriented support
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional written communication skills for interacting with international customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience in export documentation, incoterms, and logistics processes is highly beneficial
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field preferred
