We are looking for an experienced Export Customer Service Coordinator to join our Freight Management team in Hounslow.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring export shipments are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional service to customers.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing export orders from receipt through to completion, ensuring all shipments are processed within agreed service levels and customer KPIs.

Working closely with operational teams and shared service colleagues, you will build strong customer relationships, provide proactive shipment updates, and help identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and support business growth.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage export customer orders and ensure accurate shipment processing within internal systems.
• Coordinate with operational and shared service teams to ensure export shipments are entered and executed correctly.
• Monitor shipments against agreed customer KPIs and service commitments.
• Provide timely and proactive milestone updates to customers.Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and shipment-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
