Export Coordinator and Sales

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments by air, sea, and land from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL, and customs documents.
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Prepare freight quotations, negotiate rates, and follow up to secure new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
• Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer, shipment, and sales records in the company's ERP/CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, freight rates, and industry developments.
