Role Overview

Product Innovation and Delivery

• Lead human-centered design strategy and product innovation.
• Translate user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility into product visions, roadmaps, feature maps, and development-ready backlogs.
• Lead ideation, journey mapping, and service design workshops and support prototyping and testing.
• Lead strategy and delivery of proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and products.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and clients in developing innovative product solutions.
• Own work planning and execution and align contributions with client goals.

Product Planning and Leadership

• Develop and evolve product roadmaps aligned with broader strategic goals.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for stakeholders.
• Prioritize opportunities, articulate tradeoffs, mitigate risks, and build development-ready backlogs.
• Cultivate collaborative team culture and align Bain, client, and stakeholder teams.
• Manage direct and cross-functional reports and engage with senior clients.
• Mentor others and lead capability building across Bain, client, and AIS teams.

Travel

• Travel expectation is 40–50%.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of product management experience with deep expertise in agile methods, design thinking, and software development practices.
• Expert knowledge of feasibility, viability, desirability, and strategy lenses.
• Expertise in product managing software development, including hands-on AI solutions experience.
• Expertise in business case building and product value framing.
• Experience with generative-AI-powered product and product development tools.
• Foundational knowledge of agentic AI architectures and end-to-end workflows.
• Expertise in design thinking and leading cross-functional workshops.
• Deep experience with agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant master's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of business models.
• Experience in startups or entrepreneurial environments.
• Top-tier consulting experience.
• Background in architecture, software development, or data pipelines.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale AI or technology solutions.
• Experience managing analytics or machine-learning software, solutions, or services from ideation to launch.
• Experience building and deploying machine-learning pipelines into production.
