Work with analytics, engineering, product management, user research, and design specialists to build data- and AI-enabled solutions.
Role Overview
Lead development of omnichannel solutions with consultants and clients across industries and business problems.
Own product vision, innovation strategy, work planning, delivery, client engagement, and product definition.
Design and Product Innovation
- Integrate human-centered design into product strategy and align research with business and customer goals.
- Lead ideation, journey mapping, service design workshops, prototyping, and continuous validation.
- Balance user needs, technical feasibility, business needs, and strategic alignment.
Product Delivery and Planning
- Lead proof of concept, minimum viable product, and product delivery for client business challenges.
- Develop product roadmaps, prioritize opportunities, manage tradeoffs, and mitigate lifecycle risks.
- Create development-ready backlogs with user stories, mockups, architecture, and acceptance criteria.
Leadership and Capability Building
- Lead and align cross-functional teams across Bain, clients, engineering, design, and research.
- Manage reports, engage senior clients, mentor others, and build product management capabilities.
- Adopt emerging technologies such as generative AI and contribute to thought leadership.
Travel Expectation
- Travel expectation is 40–50%.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- At least 10 years of product management experience.
- Deep expertise in agile, design thinking, software development practices, and business case development.
- Expertise managing software products, including hands-on AI solutions experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Technical and Product Expertise
- Knowledge of feasibility, viability, desirability, and strategy lenses.
- Experience with generative-AI-powered product tools such as ProductBoard, Jira, Synthetic Users, VoiceOver, or Loveable.
- Foundational knowledge of agentic AI architectures, orchestration, tool use, and evaluation.
- Experience with Lean Startup, agile and scrum, technical product communication, and cross-functional leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Commercial acumen, startup or entrepreneurial experience, or top-tier consulting experience.
- Background in architecture, software development, or data pipelines.
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI solutions, analytics or ML-driven products, and ML pipelines.
