Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
- 10–12 years of experience in compliance, governance, quality management, or government services
- Strong experience with government evaluation frameworks, compliance requirements, and organizational assessments
- Proven ability to develop policies, procedures, and governance documentation
- Government sector experience and professional certifications in Governance, Compliance, Quality Management, or Government Excellence are advantageous

Job Overview
- We are seeking an Expert Government Compliance and Standards to join our Government Services team.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with government regulations, policies, service standards, and excellence frameworks.
- The role will support organizational readiness for government assessments, audits, and evaluation programs while driving continuous improvement and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
