Experienced Villa Window Cleaner

The Window Guys Dubai provides premium villa window cleaning across Dubai.

We do not do high-rise rope access work.

Our work is detailed villa window cleaning, including glass, frames, tracks, edges, and final finishing.

We are hiring an experienced window cleaner only.

Please apply only if you have already worked professionally as a window cleaner and can explain the correct cleaning process clearly.

This role is for someone who:

• Has previous professional window-cleaning experience
• Can clean glass, frames, tracks, corners, and edges to a high standard
• Is confident and safe working on ladders
• Works carefully without rushing
• Can follow a repeatable cleaning method
• Communicates politely with villa customers
• Accepts correction and can redo work when the finish is not good enough
• Is physically fit, punctual, and reliable

This role is not suitable for someone who:

• Has only general cleaning experience and no window-cleaning experience
• Rushes jobs or skips frames and tracks
• Is uncomfortable on ladders
• Cannot explain their window-cleaning method
• Has poor punctuality or attendance

• Minimum 6 months professional window-cleaning experience required
• Villa or residential window-cleaning experience preferred
• Comfortable with ladder work
• Basic English communication
• Comfortable working outdoors in Dubai weather
• Cancelled visa or visit visa preferred

• 5-day working week
• 6-8 working hours per day depending on schedule
• UAE visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and benefits as per UAE law
• Training in The Window Guys cleaning standard
