Role Overview
SMEC is seeking an Experienced/Senior Civil Engineer – Water Infrastructure to join its Melbourne team.
The role contributes to major water network and facility projects locally and across Australia and New Zealand.
The water team works across major pipelines, large pumping stations, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, and advanced recycling treatment plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical delivery, project management, and client relationship management across water infrastructure projects.
- Contribute to bid preparation and provide technical input across all disciplines.
- Ensure analysis and design tasks meet appropriate technical standards and client and company requirements.
- Collaborate with team members, contributors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and coordination of deliverables.
- Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the team.
