Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard experienced Property Consultants and real estate professionals
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve monthly hiring targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through referrals, networking, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate sales performance, market knowledge, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with management and oversee the recruitment process through onboarding
- Promote the company's brand and value proposition to attract top real estate talent
- Build long term relationships with industry professionals and passive candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports
- Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs and support business expansion
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in UAE real estate recruitment
- Proven track record of recruiting Property Consultants or real estate sales professionals
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and brokerage operations
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
