Role Overview

The company is hiring experienced Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents across off-plan and secondary-market property sales.
The role is based in Dubai and is performed in person.
Compensation and Support
- The commission structure ranges from 50% to 70%.
- The posting lists pay of AED 5,000–500,000 per month.
- Agents receive qualified leads, exclusive listings, investor access, sales training, mentorship, marketing support, and administrative support.
- The company provides CRM and professional sales tools, performance incentives, and rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through leads, referrals, networking, prospecting, and company-provided opportunities.
- Advise clients on off-plan and secondary-market properties based on their requirements and investment objectives.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, and developers.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Source, secure, promote, and market property listings.
- Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM.
- Track Dubai market developments, launches, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and deliver a professional client experience through completion.
Requirements
- Proven track record in real estate sales and strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, client relationship, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven approach.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- English proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- One to two years of Dubai real estate experience is preferred.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
