- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting clients, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
- Prepare and review contracts and related documentation
- Maintain an up to date property portfolio and ensure accurate listing information on Huspy’s platform
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations)
- Provide high quality customer service and follow up consistently with buyers and sellers
Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License and in depth knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices in the United Arab Emirates
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales, including managing a pipeline, negotiating offers, and closing deals
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Solid understanding of the local real estate market in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work on site
- Prior experience in a fast paced, target driven real estate or sales environment is strongly preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Experienced Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- The Experienced Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting clients, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions.
- Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, as well as preparing and reviewing contracts and related documentation.
- The role involves maintaining an up to date property portfolio, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate listing information on Huspy’s platform.
- The agent will provide high quality customer service, follow up consistently with buyers and sellers, and contribute feedback to improve tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and in depth knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices in the United Arab Emirates.
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales, including managing a pipeline, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and provide consultative guidance.
- Solid understanding of the local real estate market in Abu Dhabi, including pricing trends and neighborhood insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and willingness to work within a tech driven, data informed environment.
- Ability to work on site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a fast paced, target driven real estate or sales environment is strongly preferred.
