Hyde Park Real Estate is seeking an Experienced Property Consultant in Abu Dhabi to conduct market research, build client relationships, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and provide relevant information to clients regarding available properties, pricing, and market trends
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective buyers
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or queries promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting properties and generating leads
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management
