Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an Experienced Property Consultant.
The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.
The Property Consultant will provide expert advice, build strong client relationships, understand and meet customer needs, and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
Staying informed about the latest real estate market trends and property values will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Consulting and Sales within the real estate market
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate industry, market trends, and property regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in managing a portfolio of clients and negotiating successful deals
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Valid UAE driver's license is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
- Commission Based Job.
