Role Description

The Experienced Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

The role advises clients on residential and commercial property purchases, sales, and leases from initial inquiry through closing.

The advisor conducts viewings, prepares proposals, supports negotiations, and coordinates accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties and maintain current market knowledge.
  • Provide clear, honest guidance to clients throughout the real estate journey.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a property advisor, broker, or related real estate professional in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE market.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and clear explanation skills.
  • Proficiency in property management, including listings, viewings, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of property valuations, returns, market trends, and real estate transaction finance.
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and leasing or sales procedures.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet agreed targets ethically.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
