Experienced Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced construction professional who combines strong technical knowledge with the ownership, organization, and communication skills needed to lead successful projects.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study PLUS five (5) years or more of construction experience in mechanical plumbing/HVAC; OR ten (10) years or more of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction, including experience as a project manager.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, drawings, specifications, materials, and applicable industry standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, and estimating platforms.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and communicate effectively with others.
