We are looking for an experienced **Female** Marketing Manager with a strong background in the beauty industry to lead brand strategy, product marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth
- Lead product launches, including go-to-market planning, positioning, and campaign execution
- Manage digital marketing channels (social media, influencers, email, paid media) with a strong focus on ROI
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights within the beauty sector
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and external partners
- Oversee marketing budgets and track campaign performance using data-driven insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry
- Proven track record of successful brand campaigns and product launches
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of retail and e-commerce marketing strategies
