Responsibilities
- Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials.
- Responsible for minor machine offsets and tool changes.
- Performs follow-up operations, such as deburring, polishing, grinding and prepping the part for shipping.
- Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
- Documents QA inspections.
- Work with necessary contacts to define project lists and priorities.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- 1+ years prior CNC Machining experience.
- High School Diploma or GED
