About the Role
6th Man is seeking a Growth Marketeer to set up and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for international clients. You will work directly with a small senior team, own campaign strategy and execution, and help clients understand performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Set up and manage campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Structure accounts for scalability and performance
- Write and test ad copy in collaboration with design
- Run structured experiments to improve performance
- Review and report on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
- Collaborate on landing pages, dashboards, and automations
- Help clients and teammates make sense of the data
- Audit accounts and suggest quick wins with impact
- Lead growth campaigns across multiple channels and markets
Requirements
- Fluent in at least 2 of French, Dutch, and English
- Experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Business Manager in an advertiser or agency environment
- Ability to think in funnels and translate business goals into campaign structure
- Clear communicator who can explain choices and results to clients
- Backs up ideas with data rather than pushing opinions
- Comfortable working with designers and developers
- Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Curious, analytical, and willing to test and improve
- Can work independently and manage time well in a remote setup
- Willing to travel internationally for work

What You’ll Work On
- Campaign setup and management across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and possibly programmatic.
- Structuring accounts for scalability and performance.
- Writing and testing ad copy in collaboration with design.
- Running structured experiments to improve performance.
- Reviewing and reporting on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Collaborating on landing pages, dashboards, and automations.
- Helping clients and teammates make sense of the data.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in 2 out of 3 languages: French, Dutch and English (German is a plus).
