Role objective

  • The primary objective of this role is to maximize passenger revenue by improving: Take Up Rate, Conversion, Average price realized, Cohort retention and repeat usage, Customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  • This role also supports SkyFive in defining, measuring and improving product market fit as the business moves from early users to broader mainstream passenger adoption.

Key responsibilities

  • Study passenger behavior across routes, countries, travel purpose, customer segments and other relevant dimensions.
  • Build and continuously refine practical passenger personas that capture needs, wants, demand patterns, pain points, buying barriers and willingness to pay.
  • Track and analyze the full passenger journey, from awareness and portal visit through purchase, usage, repeat purchase, retention and advocacy.
  • Design and run structured growth experiments across pricing, packaging, onboarding, messaging, bundles, offers, channel mix and user journeys.
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, pricing studies and market research to identify adoption barriers and revenue improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze cohort behavior to understand what drives conversion, stickiness, churn, long term usage and repeat purchase.
  • Develop segmentation models to prioritize the highest value passenger groups, routes and use cases.
  • Partner with product teams to turn passenger insight into roadmap priorities that strengthen product market fit.
  • Work with commercial and operations teams to improve funnel efficiency, customer experience and revenue outcomes.
  • Use data and AI tools to generate insights quickly and convert them into clear recommendations for management.
  • Build and maintain dashboards covering TUR%, conversion, revenue, cohort retention, repeat usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Publish regular passenger insight reports and strategic growth recommendations.

Success measures

  • Validated passenger personas covering at least 90% of priority passenger segments within agreed timelines.
  • Completion of customer research across priority routes and markets.
  • At least 12 pricing or growth experiments per year, with at least 50% delivering measurable improvements in TUR%, conversion, passenger revenue or cohort retention.
  • A clear and continuously improving view of product market fit using cohort retention, repeat purchase, usage frequency, customer satisfaction and willingness to recommend.
  • Monthly passenger insight reports and quarterly strategic growth recommendations.
  • Weekly executive dashboards with data driven management recommendations.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Growth, Product Management, Consumer Analytics, Customer Insights, Market Research, Strategy Consulting, Digital Products, Telecommunications, Aviation, TravelTech or another consumer focused, data driven business.
  • Proven experience turning data and customer insight into measurable growth actions and business outcomes.
  • Strong background in cohort analysis, funnel optimization, retention strategy and experimentation.
  • Experience working cross functionally with product, sales, operations and leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking.
  • Advanced use of AI tools for research, analysis and productivity.
  • Ability to convert complex data into simple commercial insights and clear recommendations.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred background

  • Experience in inflight connectivity, air to ground, aviation, telecom, mobility, travel or adjacent infrastructure businesses.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy, customer segmentation, go to market design and digital customer journeys.
  • Experience in a startup, early stage growth business or transformation environment.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments where product market fit is still being defined.
