Responsibilities
- Diagnose, prevent, and treat a wide range of oral health issues, performing routine and advanced general dental procedures with precision
- Deliver empathetic, high quality care that builds long term trust, ensuring comprehensive treatment planning and clear patient communication
- Apply extensive knowledge of clinical coding to ensure precise, audit ready clinical documentation
- Manage patient records flawlessly using the DOK32 EMR system
- Maintain strict adherence to DoH Abu Dhabi regulations, infection control protocols, and healthcare quality standards
Requirements
- Valid Department of Health (DoH/HAAD) license or eligibility letter as a General Dentist
- Minimum 5 years of continuous, verifiable clinical experience working within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
- Hands on, practical knowledge and working experience with the DOK32 EMR system is highly preferred/required
- Proven understanding of clinical coding practices specific to UAE dental insurance processing and documentation
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

- Clinical Excellence: Diagnose, prevent, and treat a wide range of oral health issues, performing routine and advanced general dental procedures (restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and prosthodontic treatments) with precision.
- Patient Care & Retention: Deliver empathetic, high quality care that builds long term trust, ensuring comprehensive treatment planning and clear patient communication.
- Accurate Clinical Coding: Apply your extensive knowledge of clinical coding (including dental procedures, diagnosis codes, and local insurance guidelines) to ensure precise, audit ready clinical documentation.
- EMR Utilization: Manage patient records flawlessly using the DOK32 Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring all clinical notes, charting, and treatment plans are accurately logged in real time.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi regulations, infection control protocols, and healthcare quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Department of Health (DoH/HAAD) license or eligibility letter as a General Dentist.
- Abu Dhabi Experience: A minimum of 5 years of continuous, verifiable clinical experience working within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- Tech & System Proficiency: Hands on, practical knowledge and working experience with the DOK32 EMR system is highly preferred/required.
- Coding Expertise: Proven understanding of clinical coding practices specific to UAE dental insurance processing and documentation.
- Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Fluency in Arabic is a highly valued asset.
