STUDIO 22PX, a luxury home automation firm, is looking for an experienced Admin and Accounts Assistant to manage office operations, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. The role requires 2 years of admin experience and immediate availability in UAE.

- Oversee day to day office operations, including managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for emails, phone calls, and visitor management

- Prepare BOQ for Home Automation quotes
- Process and verify vendor invoices, track purchase orders, and follow up on client payments
- Record daily financial transactions into internal accounting databases or spreadsheets
- Manage employee expense reports, petty cash, and vendor disbursement
- Assist in processing payroll, managing employee attendance logs, and coordinating with external tax or audit firms
Requirements

Job Overview
- We are a Luxury Home Automation firm based out of DIP, Dubai. We are looking for an Experienced candidate (Female) to undertake admin and accounts role.
Job Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee day to day operations, including managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
